Delivery / returns
PLEASE NOTE, CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.
Your Anais Rheiner jewellery will be delivered fully insured and will arrive beautifully gift wrapped.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Saturday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note that delivery times are for in stock products only. Please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods.
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and ID may be required.
We will always try and help you as much as possible, so please do inform us of any preferred delivery times or special requests.
Anais Rheiner is committed to providing only high-quality products. However, should you for any reason want to return an item, you may choose to exchange it or to return it for a full refund.
Items may be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. The return shipping costs will be at your charge. However, in case of an exchange, we offer free shipping for your new order.
In the case of a refund, you will be credited in the way that matches the original payment method used. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days to complete following the reception of your return. Anais Rheiner reserves the right to deduct any additional bank charges and commissions connected with the method of payment.
Items should be returned using the original shipping. Returned jewellery must arrive unworn, in its original condition and in their original packaging.
